Bill Payzant, President
Bill created Nautilus because he has a passion to make people’s lives a bit easier by reducing the stress associated with building and owning a home. Bill believes this can be achieved by focusing on long-term solutions, over quick fixes, and top quality, energy efficient construction. Bill concentrates on communication between the company and our clients to ensure satisfaction with every step of the process. By staying true to the company’s Core Values and Mission Nautilus aims to continuously grow and develop with our clients.
Bill Payzant grew up on Cape Cod, MA before heading to Clinton, New York to receive his Bachelor of Arts at Hamilton College. Now, Bill has over a decade of experience building, renovating, and maintaining coastal homes under his belt.
